Your coach will create a personalized fitness and nutrition plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and fitness level. Adjustments may be made as early as a week or as late as a month, depending on your progress and results.

Regular Check-Ins:
Expect consistent communication to track your progress, answer questions, and adjust your program as needed. Coach Jeff conducts regular “rounds,” checking in with each client at least once a week to ensure you stay on track.

Support and Guidance:
Your coach is here to provide motivation, address challenges, and offer expert advice to keep you focused and moving toward your goals.

Progress Monitoring:
Metrics such as weight, body fat percentage, progress photos, and other relevant data will be regularly assessed to evaluate your progress and adapt your program accordingly.

Availability for Questions:
While Coach Jeff can be reached via WhatsApp almost anytime, his best availability for responding to questions and inquiries is weekdays from 10 AM to 7 PM and weekends from 10 AM to 4 PM, Philippines Time.

It is also important to note that in some cases—such as emergencies, holidays, or vacations—Coach Jeff might be harder to reach. Your understanding is greatly appreciated, especially if the program continues to deliver all its vital parts, such as calendar schedules, meal plan requests, and other essential components that require urgent attention.

The online coaching app, My PT Hub, is user-friendly and straightforward for tracking workouts and progress. However, if you encounter any difficulties or have questions about the app, feel free to message Coach Jeff for assistance.
