In-person training offers real-time guidance, corrections, and motivation during each session. Online coaching focuses on structured programming, accountability, and flexible execution on your own time, supported by app-based tracking and nutrition guidance.

No. Nutrition programming is only included in the Online Coaching package. Personal training focuses strictly on workout execution, form, and performance during scheduled sessions.

It depends on your goals, availability, and budget. Most clients train 1–3x per week, and we can customize your schedule based on your progress and needs.

While the core of in-person training is the session itself, we can optionally track basic progress metrics like weight, strength improvements, and steps if you’re using a fitness tracker.

Yes! Many clients start with in-person training to learn form, then shift to online coaching for flexibility—or do both for full guidance and accountability.

Each session includes a guided warm-up, personalized workout based on your goals, real-time form corrections, and cool-down. Expect structure, intensity, and a focus on safe, effective movement.

Absolutely. Just like in online coaching, your program will be tailored to your timeline and aesthetic or performance goals—but the sessions will be fully guided and hands-on.

Yes. In-person sessions are ideal for beginners who need hands-on instruction and form coaching to build confidence and avoid injury.

I offer sessions in local gyms mainly in Mandaluyong and nearby cities provided given the permission to perform professional personal training (some gyms do not allow this so please discuss with me firsthand), with options for home / condo gym service depending on availability.

We can work out a flexible plan that fits your schedule. Even occasional in-person sessions can be helpful if you need form checks, performance boosts, or motivation.
