Starting January 1, 2025, #BodyByCoachJeff Program will implement updated guidelines to ensure clients can effectively catch up on missed tasks and maintain consistent progress in their fitness journeys. These changes aim to help you stay accountable, track your progress more accurately, and maximize the benefits of the program.
Deadline for Weekly Check-Ins
To maintain consistency, the deadline to complete your weekly tasks, which include workout logging, progress photos, weight, and body fat logging (optional for those assigned to log this), will now be set at 11:59 PM every Sunday of the current week. Failure to meet this deadline may negatively affect your Official Coaching Weekly Score of that week.
By completing check-ins on time, Coach Jeff can better monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your program. Late submissions or missed tasks will now have a measurable impact on your performance scores, so plan ahead and stay proactive.
